Today’s Pulse has been one of my favorites to write. While there isn’t ground-breaking thought leadership or an astute observation in today’s Pulse, I’m truly elated to announce that on August 15th we will be hosting Blueprint, our first-ever summit focused on empowering today’s Strategy and Operations Leaders to build and execute their company strategy.
If you’re familiar with Elate and our origin story, then you know we started the company after experiencing first-hand the challenges of aligning long-term vision with tactical execution.
We were Strategy and Operations Leaders trying to serve as the connective tissue that brought together where we wanted to go as an organization with how we got there. We did this by piecemealing different manual processes and tools that weren’t built for Strategy and Operations Leaders like us.
We are passionate about what we do because it’s what we’ve done. We fell in love with it and gained experience at organizations as large as Salesforce to a five-person start-up that we grew from $100k in revenue to $10M+.
For years, we’ve aimed to build a community of Strategy and Operations Leaders. We call it Elation Nation.
So, that is why I’m truly delighted to share that this fall we are taking a significant step in bringing this community to life through Blueprint, as we continue our mission to empower Strategy and Operations Leaders and help amplify their impact across organizations.
The summit will be taking place on August 15th here in Indianapolis (where our team is headquartered), and will be a half-day session with incredible Leaders that currently serve their organizations as Chiefs of Staff, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Strategy Officers, and CEOs. The day will include a variety of engaging speaker formats, including a panel about operationalizing the strategy across the organization, a COO + CSO forum on strategic planning, and conclude with a CEO fireside chat on the importance of bringing together vision with strategy. Afterwards we’ll be hosting happy hour and networking.
The day is going to be full of opportunities to learn from world-class Strategy and Operations Leaders from organizations we know and trust like DeepL, Versapay, Transcend, FormAssembly, KIPP Atlanta Metro Schools, and Authenticx. However, in addition to incredible content, you will also be able to network with other like-minded Leaders across the world.
