The security of our customers’ data has always been paramount at Elate. We know that our clients trust us with sensitive, strategic business data and so we are always working to refine our security and compliance policies.

We are thrilled to announce that we completed our SOC 2 Type II audit in April. The audit was primarily focused on security practices here at Elate, and put our organization under a microscope during the audit window.

Although much of the SOC 2 audit process was a confirmation of what we were already doing, the rigor and documentation it helped us create in our organization was a major improvement. It provided the company with a solid foundation to build on as we continue our compliance efforts.

Elate remains committed to preserving its SOC 2 compliance each year and continues to improve and refine its processes.
